01Introduction & Applicability

kud9 is an online betting and casino platform built with adult players in Bangladesh in mind. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between you and kud9.

By using the kud9 website or services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02Eligibility & Age Requirement

03Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

During registration you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name and date of birth
• Valid contact details (email and phone number)
• Active mobile banking details (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

kud9 currently supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

Withdrawal requests are generally processed quickly. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or a security check is needed. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on the account — withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted.

05Bonuses & Promotions

kud9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each promotion has a set validity period; unused bonuses will be removed once the period expires.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

There are some general rules for placing bets and playing games on kud9 that apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
• The game records stored on kud9's servers will be considered final.
• For sports betting, results will be calculated according to the applicable rules.

07Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a bet or game.
• Software Abuse: Use of bots, automated systems, or hacking tools.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• False Information: Providing incorrect or false information during registration or identity verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated betting or systematic bets to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.

08Security & Privacy

• Never share your login details with any third party.

10Account Closure

kud9 also reserves the right to cancel an account under certain circumstances, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms. We will endeavour to notify you as far as possible before taking such action.

11Limitation of Liability

kud9 is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Technical Issues: Any loss arising from internet disconnection, server maintenance, or disruption of third-party services.
• User Error: Any loss resulting from providing incorrect information or not following instructions.
• Third Parties: For issues arising from payment providers or game developers.
• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, government directives, or any event beyond our control.

In all cases, our liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12Changes to Terms
